You'll find answers to frequently asked questions about the game and its features
To add friends, click on the magnifying glass icon in your house and type their username on the search bar. Then click on the "add friend" icon and your request will be sent! To send gifts, click on the Magnifying Glass Icon and enter your friend's username on the search bar. Then simply click on the Gift Box Icon and choose what you'd like to send!
To feed your pet, buy food at the grocery store, open your inventory, and drag the food into the room. To keep your pet clean, use soap from your inventory or let your pet take a bath in a bathtub. To make your pet poop, feed it until its health bar is full.
To plant a tree, buy seeds at the gardening store, visit your garden, and drop the bag on a plot hole. To harvest fruits, open your inventory and click on the fruits. To remove a tree, open your inventory, click and drag the tree up, and select a pot for your new bonsai.
Earn gold coins by harvesting fruits, fishing in the Pond, playing minigames, and selling items. Earn Blue Treats by fishing with Blue Baits, spinning the Daily Wheel, or purchasing at the Bank.
Visit the Salon in Town to change your pet's appearance. For your house, click on the House icon to mark a default room. To empty a room, use the Store Everything button in your inventory.
Visit the Bank in Town, click on the bag you would like to purchase, and follow the steps given. Alternatively, use the Web Bank for special discounts and fewer fees.
Try restarting your game, checking your device's date and time, or contacting us through our Social Media for issues not listed in the FAQ.

Open your Social Friends icon to find added friends and click on the Add Friend icon below. All your new requests will be displayed here. Simply hit accept.
Visit the Salon in Town to give your pet a makeover. You can change everything to your liking by swiping to the right on every category. Don't forget to give it a loving name.
Walk over to the end of the street to visit the Pet Pals Pond. Remember to bring some food as bait, select one, and tap on the circles to start fishing and to pull on your fishing rod. You can store the fishes in tanks or sell them for coins.
Mounts can be found in the Pond and can be used to fly around town. Some require special baits, and others can be fished using anything. It's a matter of luck! You can find them in the clothes section of your inventory. Drag them to your pet and watch them fly.
While your pet is home, access a selection of all Mystery Boxes in the game through the Book Pile Icon. Here you can find which items you have collected already, and which ones are still missing, as well as buying and opening new boxes.
Be on the lookout for items that should be "evolved". After purchase, you will have to wait for a period of time for it to evolve into a similar yet different item. Place it wherever you want and watch it change before your eyes.
